The farm covers 14ha and consists of two preserved barns, one of which has been converted into a residential house (3). In the second (1), there is a carpenter's workshop and a 150 square meter studio space with pottery, which is regularly used for workshops or lectures. In addition, there is a permaculture garden with an associated greenhouse, as well as pastures for sheep, pigs and chicken. Close by there is also an old warehouse (2). A farm bakery is planned.
The reconstruction is supported by the German county Mecklenburgische Seenplatte through the programs 'Dorferneuerung' and 'LEADER'. The idea of sustainability and the use of ecological materials form the basis of all construction measures carried out.

In the long run, the cultural assets should be revived holistically and used sustainably. Our desire is to create the infrastructure for a life that is characterized by a sense of community, exchange, cultivation and production of food, as well as by organizing public events and offering opportunities to experience art and culture. The cultural property is a place of encounter and exchange, where real life takes place, revitalizing not only the place, but the whole region.
